If you don’t have the time or resources, or you’re simply spinning enough plates already then let me take the strain.

I’ve done the leg work already. Learning, testing, asking questions and always absorbing as much as I can to make sure I’m able to run your ads in a way that makes you money and/or nails your targets.

“That’s great. I’ve got £50-100 a month of budget”

Unfortunately I’m not going to be able to help you. Whilst I’ll always back myself I’m not an actual miracle worker. To be efficient and effective (and to work with me) you’re going to need to be spending an absolute bare minimum on the ads themselves of around £500-600 a month.

“That’s cool. As long as you’re getting me huge RoI”

Much like the above I’m afraid. Think of this as a journey and we’ll be starting from the same place. I’ll advise and tweak as we go to hit your targets, but Rome wasn’t built in a day.

“So. What are you going to do?”

Be rational and methodical. If we’re going to work together we are going to need to go through a decent process. That looks a bit like this….

Here’s the process.

  1. A nice long chat to see if are going to be able to make this work. Not like a bind date, but more like finding out what makes you tick and what great attributes you have and where we might be able to ‘better’ them. I might get you to fill out out a questionnaire, mainly because I’m pedantic, but also so we have a good record of it all.
  2. I’ll crack on with making sure you’re all set to run Facebook ads and track the results. I’ll warble on about pixels and help to set them up, whilst providing all the info you need to install it. It’ll be worth it.
  3. Yes boss. You’re ready for me to start building campaigns based on your business objectives. I’ll test everything is hunky dory before I press go. Once we are at this point I’ll give you my wisdom on budget and whatnot. I’ll also be pretty picky with evaluation at this point, we want to be sure we can scale spend so need to be sure.
  4. Now I’ll be running campaigns and reporting the results to you. At my end I’ll be looking at them on a daily basis to make necessary changes and adjustments – I’ll make sure you know what I’m doing and what the results are. Mi casa si casa – so call me whenever you like at this point.

How much does this all cost then?

My fees start at £500 per month to manage your advertising based on all of the above. As your spend goes up my fees will increase a little as I manage more risk on your behalf. We probably don’t need to talk about that right now mind.
